With countless writers’ conferences, and workshops to her credit, she has “two almost completed” books in the bottom drawer of her desk, and is editing her first suspense novel and hopes to have it completed before the end of 2013. Susan Korich has had a love for writing since she was in high school. After taking the Christian Writer’s Guild correspondence course and being in a writer’s group for 12 years she is ready to be a serious writer. That translates to she wants to be writer that gets paid. As far a publishing she has written devotions for her church’s Bible study as well as the history for a local children’s home. Participating in the National Novel Writing Month she has produced 2 novels that may never be ready to see the light of day. She would love to be a writer of mysteries. Right now she is preparing the first cookbook in a series to be published on Amazon Kindle.
Pat Meyers has been writing for years – for the companies she worked for, for the church where she served, among others. Ten years ago she began writing under her own name. She has a long list of titles for children’s ministry available on her website: ChildrensChurchStuff.com as well as many books available on Kindle including her first fiction book for young girls: Caitlin’s Summer Adventure. You can see all of her Kindle books here: Patricia Meyers’ Author Page. Pat is a mother of three, mother-in-law of three, and Grammy of three with the fourth on the way! Her delight is in her God, in her family, and in her friends. Oh, and she loves writing, too.
I have just finished reading, A Fire in My Bones by Beverly Severson Lindbo, what a great read!!! I loved it and hope the next two in the trilogy are published soon!!! What a wonderful first book, I couldn’t put it down.
I bought it in support of a “sister” Severson from Grand Forks although I left with my family when I was 16 it still remains a warm
place in my heart and the place I call my childhood home.
I will pass the word along so that others can also enjoy Your book/books.
Sharon…Thank you for the kind words! I remember you moving to exotic California during our high school years. How wonderful to reconnect after all this time. North Dakota was very much on my mind as I wrote about Betsy and it brought back such happy memories. Again, thank you for making my day. 🙂
